Research and Evaluation
Mentor is extensively engaged in research and evaluation. In much of our research we use the SPSS statistical analysis computer software programme. Staff are fully trained in its use.

Community Planning and Consultation
Mentor is experienced in producing local community plans and audits and uses surveys and the Planning for Real® process extensively.  We also help establish residents panels. 

Strategic and Development Planning
Mentor is skilled at strategic planning in local development and for organisations of all types .  We produce development plans, often using Planning for Real® or community audits, for neighbourhoods, villages and towns.
